Car parking is available on the right hand side after the reception building. If possible please share lifts when attending classes. 

Classes start promptly. For your first class please arrive an extra few minutes early to fill out a form.

Glasses of water are provided, and mats are available, please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
