Massage Treatments

Why massage?

75% of disease is thought to be stress related. By massaging and relaxing the muscles there is a domino effect to all other systems of the body.  Massage directly affects heart-rate, blood pressure, respiration, digestion and skin tone. It can lower levels of stress hormones which weaken the immune system. The psychological effect is to release tension and reduce anxiety.
