Pricing
60 minute massage treatments are £48. Please allow 1 hour for your massage treatment. Your first appointment will include a consultation and postural assessment for which you should allow an additional 15-20 minutes. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Give your friend or partner a massage - ask about a Body Connection gift certificate.
What to expect
Theraputic massage promotes relaxation and general wellbeing. Expect to feel very relaxed afterwards! For your first treatment a consultation will take place prior to the massage, to discuss your current health and medical history. The connections between your lifestyle, mind and body will be taken into account for your treatment.
Gentle massage can trigger the release of endorphins, commonly known as the happy hormone, which induce feelings of comfort and well-being. Stronger massage may help to stretch tired or tense muscles and ease stiff joints, improving mobility and flexibility.
